We specialize in small intimate weddings/events with

as few as 3 people for an elopement and up to 75 guests for a full wedding. We do things a bit different here at Pleasant View Farm. Here we allow you access to the property to set up and decorate for your wedding or event the day before your wedding and allow you to clear everything out the day after!! No setting up or cleaning up on one the most important days of your life! The accommodations and rooms for getting ready are also a part of your wedding.

There are several areas to consider for an outdoor ceremony;
 Lakeside, The Falls, or The Orchard. We offer 2 indoor areas for your ceremony if the weather does not cooperate. The Barn and The Stables are available to you during your wedding date for your ceremony and reception. There are many beautiful photo opportunities
 here on the farm. Our venue is available for ceremony only on Sundays or a full wedding including rehearsal, ceremony and reception. 

Our farm can also be booked for a bridal/baby shower,
birthday party, family reunions, graduation parties, sweet 16, memorial services, etc.
This is truly a lovely setting.

 We also offer intimate wedding packages for
 10 or less people.

Weddings held here range from the very simple to somewhat elaborate, depending on personal styles, taste and of course budget.  While a personal consultation is needed to firm up details and pricing, we can give you some ranges based on the parameters you desire.

The Barn

The Barn is a unique rustic bank barn that is approximately 200 years old. It can accommodate up to 75 guests for your wedding or other event. The barn offers tables, a restroom and a caterers prep area. It is a seasonal barn without air conditioning or heat.
  Our bank barn is a lovely place to have your casual barn wedding!
 The barn measures 47' wide by 40' deep! Think about the savings from a tent rental! New lighting has been installed . Tables are available. Schedule your consultation today to see it in person and find out all the particulars.

A ceremony under the arbor

Most couples choose to move their ceremony to The Barn in case of rain. It is very cozy and beautiful!

Alcohol is allowed, This is our own 8' bar available in the barn built by my husband. It is on casters and can move anywhere in the barn desired, It has electricity for mixing drinks, and lights up in the front for a subtle effect.

The Stables
The Stables is our new barn venue that will be available for year round events due to the space having heat and air conditioning. Just putting the final touches on the renovations. The Stables will feature a large stone fireplace in the large party room which is 50' x 25' and ceilings are over 12' high. The Stables features an 8' wooden bar, tables, 2 restrooms and a caterers prep area. The Stables is still a rustic venue however a bit more refined than The Barn. The Stables can accommodate up to 75 guests. We have had our first event in The Stables and it stayed nice and cool on the hottest day of the year! Cool

It's always a good idea to have a rain back up plan! Here is a small wedding set up inside the Inn in the Grand Room.

Winter weddings can be held in the Grand Room of the Main Inn for up to 50 guests.
